With the Galaxy S III almost nearing an announcement, we have come across a device which seems to be the testing model of the smartphone. As we know, Samsung is following a very secretive approach leading to the announcement of the device. It was previously reported that the company is sending out test units of the smartphone in a hard case shell so that the true nature of the smartphone isn’t revealed.
This means that we could see an entirely different body on the device when it is announced. There’s no way to confirm if this is the Galaxy S III, and we like to keep our options open. As of now, we’re not sure if the next Samsung flagship will be called Galaxy S III, so there’s every possibility that this could be something else here.

According to Gizmodo Brazil, the device in the image is the GT-i9300 which is said to be the Galaxy S III. And to make things more inconclusive, the images merely show the phone in a slab like state with no actions whatsoever. It would be interesting to see if this is what the Galaxy S III (or whatever Samsung intends to call it) would look like when it is believed to break cover on May 3. We’ll keep our eyes open for any new developments.
